Farmhouse. Late C16/early C17. 2 storeys and attics; T-shaped form. Timber-
framed, faced in old, very coarse, roughcast; plaintiles. At the junction of
the front and rear ranges, an internal chimney-stack with hexagonal attached
shafts, rebuilt in traditional style. 3 windows to front: 2-light and 3-light
small-paned C20 casements. 6-panel door with oblong fanlight and flat
pediment. The interior of the front range has a 2-cell layout, with one

fireplace with plain timber lintel; the unheated room has chamfered joists
with stepped stops. Original upper ceilings: main beams chamfered and step-
stopped. A blocked original doorway with rectangular surround on the upper
floor and one 2-light casement window with square leaded panes. The roof has

2 storeys, colourwashed brick, black glazed pantiles. 3--light casement
windows, with segmental heads to the ground floor; C20 half-glazed door.
