Farmhouse, latterly used as 2 cottages. Early C17 with C19 red brick wing to
right and a rear addition of c.1929. Timber framed with modern roughcast
render; thatched roof. 2 storeys and attic with 1½ storey C19 wing. 2-cell
main range, probably end chimney plan as at present. Casement windows, those
to the main range with metal frames. The C19 wing has a mid C20 door and a
raking dormer. The main range has a heavy gable stack to the right and a
small later internal stack. Much of the floor structure is exposed internally
together with some good first floor framing with 2 original diamond-mullioned
windows. One bedroom has a C17 fireplace with a depressed 4-centred arch.
