Former pair of estate cottages, now one dwelling. 1846; built for workers on
Hall Farm. Colourwash on red brick with a modern pantiled roof. Picturesque
estate style. Asymmetrical form. 2 storeys. Segmental-arched 2-light
casement windows with lattice panes; gabled half-dormers to the upper floor.
2 gable ends set slightly forward: each has a doorway with a gabled open
porch; one boarded door, one mid C20 door. Scalloped bargeboards to all
gables. 3 stacks with one, 2 and 3 square shafts respectively, all set
diamondwise.
