Lodge to Herringfleet Hall (qv.1/17). Circa 1840 with later additions. White
brick and stucco, with a slated roof. Single storey. In the form of a temple.
Facing the entrance drive is a tetrastyle Greek Doric portico, at the rear a
matching blind portico; stucco frieze and moulded pedimented cornice.
Recessed front with flanking antae: there are 2 sash windows in flush frames
with moulded architraves and a central glazed door. Later flat-roofed
additions to each side with pilaster strips and an egg and dart brick cornice.
