C17, 2 storey and attic, timber framed, stucco, brick plinth, pantiles. Ogee
bracket cornices to Nos 40 and 41. Pedimented dormer casements. 5 3light
casements in flush frames at 1st floor. 2 sashes in flush frames, ground
floor. Canted 3-light splay bay, left, and 5-sided sashed bay with frieze
and cornice, right. 3 doors with wood cases, (No 40 3-panel door with glazing
bars matching windows), panelled pilasters with fluted brackets, fluted architrave
and dentil cornice. Chimney stack with hexagonal attached flues, and panelled
base. Projecting end chimney.
