Houghton Hall

A C16 timber-framed and plastered house. The south wing was refronted in the
early C19 in stuccoed brick with a parapet. The wings are 2 storeys and the
centre part is 1 storey and attics. The south front is 5 window range, double-hung
sashes with single vertical glazing bars, in plain reveals. The doorway has
a latticed porch. The remaining windows are casements. Roof tiled, hipped.
