An early C19 white brick house. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in painted reveals, with stucco hood moulds. The front
is divided by broad pilasters. A 6-panel door has a small semi-circular fanlight
inset above the door. Roof tiled, with a stopped gable at the south-east end,
2 gabled dormers and a paired bracketted eaves soffit. The front is protected
by early C19 iron railings. An earlier, C18 red brick house extends to the
south-west at the rear. 2 storeys. Roof tiled. (Now all 1 tenement).
