A picturesque group of C16-Cl7 timber-framed and plastered cottages. 1 storey
and attics. Badly damaged by fire in 1966 and restored in 19720 Casement
windows. Boarded doors. Roofs thatched.

Church Cottages, Chimneys and premises occupied by Chris Bolden & Co,
George Hotel, Cosy Nook, Almore House, Corner Cottage, Mill occupied by
A Kahn, Cavendish House, The Rectory, Premises occupied by W J Cutting, Spring
View, Middle Cottage, Water View, Canford House and St Ronans form a group.

Church Cottage also form a group with the Church of St Mary and Church Farmhouse,
Peacocks Road.
