A mid C19 brick building, now painted. It stands in a commanding position at
the approach to Cavendish from the east. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with stuccoed flat arches and keystones.
A central doorway has a semi-circular fanlight. Roof slate, hipped. Included
for group value.

Mizpah, Rawhide and the Railway Arms Publich House with Wedcot and house
adjoining and Sunnyside form a group.
