Formerly a lodge to Blacklands Hall. A mid C19 lodge, now faced in roughcast.
Built on an L shaped plan. The windows are double-hung sashes with "Gothic"
arched lights. The window and doorway have stucco hood moulds. Roof tiled,
with fish scale tiles and a chimney stack with 3 circular shafts. The gables
have cut and shaped bargeboards.
