A C18 timber-framed and plastered house, formerly The Fir Trees Inn. 2 storeys.
3 window range, C20 casements with glazing bars. There is a 3-light canted bay
on the ground storey at the east end, with C19 double-hung sashes. A 6-Panel
door with the upper panels glazed has pilasters and a cornice. Roof tiled, with
end external chimney stacks.

Fir Trees Cottage and Headlands, Moon House, King's Farmhouse and Lodge to Cavendish Hall from a group.
