A C17 timber-framed and plastered house. Refronted in brick in the C19, now
colourwashed. The south front has 3 gables, 2 larger outer gables and a central
small gable. 2 storeys, 5 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars,
in plain reveals. The ground storey has 3-light canted bays with single vertical
glazing bars. The staircase is lit by an original mullioned and transomed window
with leaded lights. Roof tiled. The interior has a good C18 staircase.

Premises occupied by H Barham and Son No 32 (Sunnybank) and No 33 (Hillside)
form a group.
