An early C18 timber-framed and plastered house with an early C19 white brick
front. Part of the north side has pargetted panels (C20). 3 storeys. 2 window
range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The ground storey
has 2 6-panel doors with blocked semi-circular fanlights, in plain reveals with
gauged brick arches, and a central C19 shop front with pilasters and cornice.
Roof tiled, double pitched.

All the listed buildings in Church Street with the Parish Church of SS Peter & Paul
and all the listed buildings in Market Hill form a group.
