Shown as Ballards Farm on the map. A C16 timber-framed and plastered house.
2 storeys and attics. 4 window range, C18 double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
There is a modern panel on the front with the date 1574. A central C20 porch
projects on the front with a C18 6-panel door with raised and fielded panels.
Roof tiled, with 1 C20 dormer window. The interior has a fireplace with an
iron fireback with 3 shields, each with the initials N over ME. The front of
the house has been renovated in the C20.
