(formerly listed as premises approximately 50 yds south of Post Office and Stores)

A C17 timber-framed and plastered house, later formed into three cottages, now one tenement. Renovated in the C20. C20 door with a glazed panel. Roof thatched, with two gabled dormers. All the listed buildings in Top Green form a group.
