An early C19 red brick house. 2 storeys and attics. 3 window range, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in cased frames. A 6-panel door with glazed upper
panels. Roof tiled, mansard, with 3 gabled dormers. A C19 wing extends at the
rear with 3 window range on the 1st storey and 4 on the ground storey (1 3-light
canted bay).

Brooklyn House and Plumber's Arms with Street Farmhouse, Manor Cottage,
Crabb House and Brookhouse Farmhouse, in the Parish of Wickhampton form a group.
