Adjoins Kimcot on the south end. An early C19 timber-framed and plastered house, altered in the C20. Two storeys. Two window range on the first storey, double-hung sashes with glazing bars and four window range on the ground storey C20 casements. Roof slate, hipped.

The Old Stores, Kimcot and The Cottage, Vine Cottage, Brook Cottage, Dingle Dell Cottage, and The Old Forge form a group.
