A C17 timber-framed and plastered house, renovated in the C20. Two storeys. Three window range, C20 casements. A central C20 door (in Tudor style) has a flat hood on brackets. Roof thatched, raised up over the centre part, with three window range. There is a central red brick, square chimney stack.

The Old Stores, Kimcot and The Cottage, Vine Cottage, Brook Cottage, Dingle Dell Cottage, and The Old Forge form a group.
