5/34 Priory Lodge and Outbuildings

II

An early C19 lodge to the Priory. Now 2 storeys, but built as single-storey,
with the upper floor added c.1900. Part gault brick, part lath and plaster,
with internal chimney stack and fully hipped roof. 2 windows: small-paned
casements with Gothic heads and ornate spandrels in deep reveals, 2 small-paned
sashes to upper storey. Adjoining the house on the south side, a stable and
coach house in rubble flint, with red brick gable end and dressings. Hipped,
slated roof. 2 ornate cast metal air vents, and one reused window with
diamond-leaded panes.
