5/50 The Beeches


House. Early C19 face to C17 core. Now 3 storeys, formerly 2. Rendered brick,
with the outlines of Dutch gables visible at the north and south ends. 2-span
slate roof. 3 windows: tripartite sashes in deep reveals with segmental arches
to ground and first floors. 6-panel field door, rectangular fanlight, damaged
wooden half-round Roman Doric columns, broken entablature, segmental pediment.
