The Old Woolpack Public House


A former public house. Late C17, altered in the early C19. 2 storeys: set
sideways-on to road. Timber-framed, with plastered front and north side and
random flint and red brick facing to south side. There is a small single-
storey red brick lean-to at the east end of the north side. Pantiled roof to
main range. On street frontage: 2 early C19 bowed small-parted sash windows,
with one 2-light casement above: remaining windows also 2-light casements.
