Farmhouse with a small C16 timber-framed core, extended eastwards early C17. A
large extension c.1820 to the south side forms a double-pile plan; 6 window
range on 2 floors. Roughcast rendered walls, sash windows with external
shutters, large C19 glazed timber-framed conservatory, hipped plain clay tiled
roof. C16 entrance hall has cross-passage entry and extensive early C17 oak
panelling. The C17 east room has nearly complete oak panelling. C17 roof at
this end has principal rafters and butt purlins. The early C20 extensions
mainly at the west end are not of special interest.
