House, former rectory; early C19 with mid-C19 alterations. 2 storeys and
attics. Red brick walls partly rendered; slated roofs, gault brick chimneys.
Casement dormers. Centre block and 2 short cross-wings. Central front hipped-
roofed mid C19 extension. Various early and mid C19 sash windows, some small
pane casements. Flat roofed 1-storey entrance porch and adjacent stairway
early C19, having moulded parapet cornice. A red brick C18 garden wall along
the north boundary of the garden, linked to the front of the house by a C19
flint wall.
