Two matching pairs of estate cottages. Circa 1870. Two storeys. Red brick. Black glazed pantiled roofs with deep eaves and fluted barge-boards. An internal chimney stack to each cottage, with three square shafts set diagonally on a rectangular base. Three windows to each storey: two outer two-light windows, and a matching single central window, all with ornamental cast iron casements with angular tracery. End doors with gabled, slated porches supported on heavy solid brackets: barge-boards matching those on gables. Lean-to extensions along rear.
