storey front range, with basement: 2 storey rear. White brick front range,

roofs. End chimney-stacks to each range. 3 windows: small-paned sashes in
flush frames with flat gauged arches. Entrance up a short flight of stone
steps with curved railings to each side; portico with replaced post supports
and wrought-iron balcony above; double doors with segmental-arched fanlight
above. The rear section , with facade facing north, has a pitched roof, 3
small-paned sash windows in deep reveals, and a circular blank window in the
apex of the gable. A central doorway in a rounded arch with a semi-circular
traceried fanlight and a blank window above. The front range has small late
Georgian fireplace surrounds and a fine geometrical stair, with plain
