A pair of estate cottages, now one house. Early to mid C19. 2
storeys. Kidney flint, with rusticated red brick quoins and
dressings and hipped, black glazed pantiled roof. Central
chimney-stack with plain red brick shaft. 2 3-light casement
windows to each storey, with arched Gothic tracery to heads of
lights and slightly arched brick surrounds. A door to each end
of the front. A lean-to open veranda along the whole ground
storey of the front, slated, and supported on posts. At the
rear, a 2-storey brick wing with end chimney and a brick lean-to.
