A pair of estate cottages. Mid C19. Rubble flint, with
rusticated red brick dressings, and panels of diaper-patterned
red brick. Roofs of black double Roman tiles, with crested
ridge-tiles to part, and pierced and fluted barge-boards. 2
storeys: U-shaped form, with 2 gabled wings, which each have an
internal chimney-stack with large plain rectangular shafts. 3-
light casement windows with horizontal bars to lights are set
into the brick panels. A central gablet with casement window,
and a lean-to veranda roof above the 2 entrance doors. To east
and west, small gabled single-storey extensions in red brick with
Roman tiled roofs.
