4/27 Dee House,
- Rymer Point

GV II

A pair of estate cottages. Dated 1828. One-and-a-half storeys:
built in a D-shaped curve. In black random flint, with
rusticated white brick quoins and dressings. Plaintiled roof.
Fluted barge-boards to all gables. Internal chimney-stacks with
plain bases: square shafts with corbelled-out heads and a dentil
course. 2-light casement windows: on the ground storey with
semi-circular heads to lights, set into rounded arched surrounds,
on the upper storey topped by small gablets. A recessed central
entry with arched head has the date 1828 above it and the 2
entrance doors inside, set at right angles to the road.
