Aisled barn. Circa 1700. Timber-framed and weatherboarded, with half-hipped main span roof
covered in corrugated asbestos, and slates to part of aisle roofs. 8 bays: cart entries with
full height projecting porches in the 3rd and 6th bays. Framing complete, with very little
reused timber. Arcade posts without jowls: long straight braces. Main span roof without
principals: clapsed purlins, ridge-piece. A C20 asbestos farm building has been placed in
front of the barn.
