A row of 3 estate cottages, now 2. Mid C19, 2 storeys. Mainly random flint
with red brick quoins and dressings, the third cottage, on the south,is a
timber-framed and rendered extension which now forms part of No. 8. Hipped
roof: C20 double Roman tiles. 2 internal chimney-stacks. 3-light casement
windows with single bar to lights and arched heads to brick surrounds, with
similar surrounds to the doors, 2 small single-light stair windows. The
southern end has a 2-light window, with door adjacent to it, and a 3-light
window to upper storey. Along part of rear a parallel 2-storey range in red
brick: 2-span roof. Included for Group Value.
