House. Early C17. 1 1/2 storeys: 2-cell lobby entrance plan. Timber-framed,
with roughcast sides and mid C19 red brick front. C20 asbestos tiles. Internal
chimney-stack with plain red brick shaft. Small-paned 2-light casement windows
with arched heads to brickwork. Frame exposed inside: 3 bays, with internal
tie-beams cut through for access. Widely spaced, substantial studding with
slightly arched braces halved across it. A middle rail to frame in long and
side walls. Rafters covered. A single-storey C19 lean-to along rear wall in
flint rubble with clay pantiled roof.
