A lodge to Ampton Park. Mid C19. 2 storeys, with a single-storey rear wing of
the same date. Irregular form. Black knapped flint, with a white brick string
course, quoins and dressings: plaintiles roof. One internal chimney-stack, and
another on the east gable, both with 2 square shafts set diamond-wise. One
cross window and one canted bay with tented plaintiles roof to ground storey: 2
cross windows with gablets over to upper storey. A lean-to porch roof along
west side over a cross window and plank door.
