3/52 Troston Cottage

House. Mid C19. 2 storeys: 2 phases of building. White brick, pantiles. The
older range, c.1850, has a brick pilaster at each end of the south front. 3
windows: small-paned sashes in deep reveals with cast metal heads. An
extension of c.1870 at the west end is in Gothic style, with rounded corners,
and arched heads to ground storey window openings, now with replacement
windows. Brick dentil cornice: flat pilasters between windows. Double doors
with panels of applied mouldings: flat porch roof above.
