House. Early C17. 2 storeys: 2-cell lobby-entrance form. Timber-framed and
plastered with pantiled roof. An internal chimney-stack with rendered shaft.
A flat-roofed C19 bay window extension to the south-west of the stack, and a
pair of casement windows in heavy frames to the north-east. 2-light small-
paned C19 casements to upper storey. A mid C20 enclosed gable porch. Plain,
heavy ceilings, with joists set flat to both ground-storey rooms; an original
upper ceiling to the upper room on south west. Side purlin roof. There is no
framed chimney-bay, and the 2 sides of the house may be of slightly different
dates.
