Farmhouse. Early C17. One-and-a-half storeys: 3-cell lobby entrance plan.
Timber-framed and rendered, roughcast finish, double Roman tiles. An internal
chimney-stack with 2 shortened attached square shafts, set diamondwise on a
square base. Modernised exterior: 3-light small-paned C20 windows and neo-
Georgian door under a small open gabled porch. Plain barge-boards to gables.
One flat-headed dormer. To each side of the chimney-stack the rooms have main
beams with chamfer and scroll-stops with notch: on the west, the joists are
exposed, plain, unchamfered, and set flat. On the east, the remains of a
large open fireplace with timber lintel. All rafters covered. A single-
storey lean-to along the west side.
