Late C15/ early C16, 2 storey, timber framed, modern roughcast, tiles.
Tendered windows and doors to Market Hill, except for
fragment of 4-centred carved arch. The Seckford Street front is half-
timbered and plastered, with part overhanging and has a small shop
front. There are 5 contemporary carved heads under a bracketed window.
some original narrow mullion windows remain at the front. Internally,
a large room on the 1st floor with arched tie-beams, and on the ground
floor. an early 4-centred arched fireplace beam with carved spandrels.
All listed buildings in Market Hill form a group around The Shire Hall.
