C16/17 rear with C18 front, 2 storey, brick, colourwashed, plinth,
Pantiles, slated eaves courses. Cove cornice. 4 windows, sash in
flush frames. 6-panel door, with panelled reveals and shaped brackets
to flat hood. Early C19 shop front with wood case, modern glazed bars.
A range of timber framed buildings, plastered, extends along Theatre Street
with the same early casements, brick plinth.
All listed buildings in Market Hill form a group around The Shire Hall.
