There is a dated small tablet at rear of 1798, which seems to cover the
buLldLng as a whole, with initials B L, 3 storey, red brick, slates,
eaves soffit. 6 windows, sash with glazing bars and flat arches.
3 shop fronts with wood cases. Tablet at 1st floor of No 10 inscribed
EFG 1860-1873, commemorating the residence there of Edward Fitz-Gerald.
Passage way under between Nos 10 and 12.
All listed buildings in Market Hill form a group around The Shire Hall.
