Probably early C19. Stone on rubble wall. Central triangular plan stone
front, inscribed "Oldland Common" and with pointing ruffed hand on each
principal side. Lower flanking slightly curved stones each with ruffed
hand, the left hand one inscribed "Beach" with benchmark, the right hand
one "Golden Valley and Upton".
