Pair of estate cottages. Late C19 for Sir Richard Wallace. Red brick with
half hipped plain tiled roof. One storey and attic. Scattered fenestration:
casements with glazing bars and segmental brick arches with drip moulds. Gabled
dormers with top hung lights and glazing bars. Brick modillion course to
moulded cornice gutter. Elaborately moulded brick chimneys. 2 doors: panelled
and 1/2 glazed.
