TM 35 NE TUNSTALL THE COMMON

Farmhouse. Late C17, with C18-19 additions. Much modernised.
Partly timber framed and plastered with brick face to first floor
level. Later wing is in random rubble flint with red brick
quoins; red brick outshut to rear. Plain tiled roofs; left hand
roof has saddle back brick coping, right hand is hipped. Lobby
entrance. 2 storeys with single attic dormer at rear. Front
range has scattered fenestration: casements. Segmental arches to
ground floor. Projecting porch in brick with gabled roof. 4
panelled door, upper panel is glazed. Red brick stacks to left
hand gable and one directly on ridge over entrance porch.
