House and shop. Formerly two cottages. Early C18, altered early C19 and
again in C20. Timber framed and plastered with colour washed flint outshut to
south gable. 2 storeys. 2 casement windows and 2 sashes in flush frames with
glazing bars. Original windows to No.179 have been blocked at first floor;
C20 shop front and door. No.177 has C20 four-panelled entrance door upper
panels glazed. Red brick stacks to ridge and south gable end.
