Farmhouse. Early C17. Timber framed and plastered, plaintiled roof. 2
storeys with now disused attic. 2 cell plan, lobby entrance. A considerable
number of the original moulded mullion windows have been exposed; some later
3-light mullion and transom casement windows. To the south west corner is a
C19 gabled porch with semi-circular headed boarded door. Fine central
internal stack of sawtooth pattern; the base has moulded brickwork and to the
north 2 square inset panels with the remains of rusticated plaster surrounds.
The timber frame is exposed internally and there are some original internal
doors and floorboarding; very shallow arched fireplace on ground floor.
