Farmhouse, now house, C17. Timber framed, rendered and colour washed with
pantile roof (probably originally thatched). Two storeys.
Entrance Front: projecting brick plinth with applied planking simulating
timber framing. Doorway at left of C20 date with a timber porch in front.
Narrow lights to either side. To the ground floor at left of this are a 3-
light and a 2-light casement and to right two 3-light and one 2-light
casements. At first floor level are three 3-light and one 2-light
casements of C20 date (as are all the windows on this front). Axial
chimney-stack to the ridge at right of centre, and a single flue C20 stack
to the left hand gable end. The right hand gable end has one 4-light
window to the ground floor and a single-light casement to the first floor
set in a slightly battered wall. Rear: C19 outshut at right with catslide
roof and at left a C20 similar outshut. To far left is blank walling.

Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams to the ground floor with stepped ogee end
stops and jowled wallposts.
