1830s. One and a half storey cottage in Tudor style built of mixed lias
and pennant stone rubble. Tiled roof with fishscale bands, coped verges,
chimney to right, and finial to projecting gable on left hand side. Gable
has a 2-light Tudor arch window with drip and patterned cast-iron glazing,
similar window to ground floor right hand side. Dormer to right of gable
over entrance. Ground floor of gable has wide segmental archway, now glazed.
