House, previously subdivided into 3 dwellings. Late C16/early C17;
considerably modernised early 1960's. Timber framed, modern render, brick
casing to part of right hand gable, pantiled roof. The first floor facade was
pargetted with a cruciform pattern within square panels, with rusticated window
surrounds; this pargetting has largely disappeared and the design has been
painted in red and blue. 2 storeys and attic. 5 window range, mainly mid C20
casements without glazing bars, one early 3-light window to first floor; C19
boarded door to rear. 2 gabled dormers with C19 small pane casement windows.
Internal stack with string course to base and saw tooth brickwork above; carved
tie beam to left hand gable. Interior with exposed beams and good brick
fireplaces with depressed 4-centre arches.
