4/11 Street Farmhouse


GV II

Farmhouse. Probably C17 to rear, with later alterations; C18 wing to front. L
shape plan. Front wing: painted brick, plaintiles; 2 storeys; 2 window range,
2-light and 3-light small pane casements, segmental arches; asymmetrical
doorway with 6-panel door. Rear wing: timber framed and plastered, plaintiled
roof; 2 storeys; various casement windows, internal stack; the eaves have been
raised, probably when the front wing was built.
