Originally part of North Manor Farmhouse (q.v), now a separate dwelling. C18
to front, early C19 extension to rear. Front part timber framed with late C18
red brick casing and C20 brick facade, pantiled roof; 2 storeys; 2 window
range, 3-light casements, segmental arches. Rear part red brick, pantiled
roof; 2 storeys and attic; sash windows with glazing bars, flush frames, flat
brick arches; doorway with 6-panel door and flat-roofed portico on slender
columns; brick dentil eaves cornice. Included for group value.
