Farmhouse. Core probably C16, remodelled mid C18, mid C20
extension to east. Double pile plan. Red brick with timber
framed core; pantiled roof. 2 storeys and basement. 5 window
range, 2:1:2, sashes with glazing bars in flush frames, segmental
arches, the centre window larger and semi-circular headed;
doorway with 6-panel raised and fielded door, fluted pilasters,
pediment with keystone; bracketed wooden eaves cornice. Interior
with good C18 staircase with turned balusters; some oak panelling
in one ground floor room.
