Farmhouse. Late C16 with early C17 cross wing to west and later
additions in the angle of the 2 ranges. Timber framed and
plastered in panels, plaintiled roof except west slope of cross
wing which is pantiled. 2 storeys and attic. Various C18 and
C19 casement windows, some with square and diamond leaded glass;
east gable of main range has paired sash windows on the ground
floor, a carved tie beam and a good C18 attic window with diamond
leaded panes. Doorway in side wall of C19 addition: C19 half-
glazed door, panelled reveals, frieze and cornice. Main range
has internal stack with 3 hexagonal flues grouped in sawtooth
fashion; cross wing with gable end stack.
